The computers in the pool teaching rooms have been updated with a newer version of the Panopto recorder. If you’ve got the recorder installed on a computer yourself, you’ll need to get it updated. We are aware of an issue where a Blackboard course containing content copied in from a 2011 course using Blackboard’s Course Copy function leaves the Aston Replay link inaccessible. We’ve worked with Panopto today, who have identified a fix, and aim to get this on our Blackboard server next week.

ISA have migrated over to the new managed hosting for Blackboard and access to Aston Replay has been restored.

ISA are migrating vle.aston.ac.uk to point to the new managed hosting (more info). Until this process is finished, you won’t be able to log into Aston Replay as it uses Blackboard to process logins.

After taking longer than planned, we’ve restored access to Aston Replay. The update was successful, and all the login issues have been fixed.

Aston Replay is down while we upgrade the server.

Access to Aston Replay should be considered at risk between 1000-1100 on Monday 25th June while Panopto is upgraded.
