When trying to browse Panopto/Aston Replay content in Blackboard while using Chrome, if you find yourself stuck in a “login loop” with the following error displayed, it might be that the browser is blocking required cookies.
Please try the following.
- On the page in Blackboard. Click the padlock icon to the left of the address bar.
Select Cookies.
Select the Blocked tab.
Then select any of the URLs that have Panopto in the title, and then click the Allow button. You will need to do each of the URLs one at a time.- You will then be prompted to “Reload the page”. Click Reload.
