Not accepting uploads

Panopto stopped accepting uploads at approx 1600 yesterday. We’re working with their support team to get this fixed. Until it is back up and running, continue recording sessions as normal. They will automatically upload at the first available opportunity. Update Uploads … Continued

Delayed sessions

There was a problem with the Panopto data server overnight, resulting in a backlog of sessions to process (72 to be exact). Fortunately usage is low on a Wednesday afternoon, so we should be back to normal for Thursday.

If you see Error connecting to server…

If you see “Error connecting to server. Please try refreshing the page later.” when trying to view one of your sessions, please contact replay@aston.ac.uk, letting us know which session it it is happening to.
