ISA have migrated over to the new managed hosting for Blackboard and access to Aston Replay has been restored.
ISA are migrating vle.aston.ac.uk to point to the new managed hosting (more info). Until this process is finished, you won’t be able to log into Aston Replay as it uses Blackboard to process logins.
After taking longer than planned, we’ve restored access to Aston Replay. The update was successful, and all the login issues have been fixed.
Aston Replay is down while we upgrade the server.
Access to Aston Replay should be considered at risk between 1000-1100 on Monday 25th June while Panopto is upgraded.

We’re going to be updating the Blackboard building block (the bit of software that lets Blackboard talk to Aston Replay) at 1100 on Thursday 17th. The service should be considered at risk between 1100 and 1200.
The server is accepting uploads again. If you’re waiting for a recording made in a teaching room, they’ll automatically get uploaded to the server the next time the computer is turned on.
There are some sessions from Thursday and Friday that are still waiting to process.
Blackboard is currently down. As Aston Replay uses Blackboard to authenticate users, you will be unable to log in to view your lectures until Blackboard is restored. If you’re still logged in, your lectures will still be available on replay.aston.ac.uk. … Continued
