The server is accepting uploads again. Sessions recorded during the downtime will remain on the computers until they’re turned on, where they’ll upload in the background.

The Panopto server isn’t accepting sessions. You won’t lose your recordings, they’ll remain on the computer until the server starts accepting them.

Panopto have applied the update and sessions are available again.

Panopto will be updating our server to improve the performance issues we’ve had over the past fortnight. The service will be at risk between 2130 today (Thursday 19th) and 1200 noon tomorrow. It is expected to have the update completed with minimal downtime during the early part of this period.

Sessions are available again.

Sessions aren’t viewable at present, we’ve asked Panopto to take a look. In the meantime, if they haven’t been disabled for the module, you can still get to the podcasts of the sessions. Please note that the page will be very slow to load.

The Panopto support team have logged in fixed the problem. We will see better performance this afternoon. Apologies if any downtime coincided with the start of any of your sessions.
