At Risk & Downtime for August: 6th and 15th

There are two pieces of infrastructure work in August – one of which will interrupt your access to Replay, and one which might.

Downtime

On Saturday 15 August, Panopto will make a number of updates to the Panopto Cloud infrastructure to improve performance and scalability.

These updates will require downtime, with no access to Panopto/Aston Replay for up to three hours, with a target start time of 2200 BST.

At Risk

Infrastructure work will take place on 6 August.

Access to Aston Replay/Panopto should be considered at risk between 1400 – 1600 BST.
