Statistics collected prior to the migration to Panopto hosted are available to view once more
During the migration to Panopto Hosted, the majority of viewing statistics didn’t get copied over due to a bug in Panopto’s import script.
This bug has now been fixed, and Panopto support have imported the statistics from our old deployed server into Panopto hosted. There are two exceptions:
- If the session is available to the public to view, only views by logged in users have been copied over
- If you have shared a session with someone using a token, these views were not copied over
Note that these exceptions only apply to views to the sessions on our old deployed server – i.e. before November 18th, 2015.
