We’re seeing lots of sessions where the screen capture isn’t recording correctly in teaching rooms.
We are working with Panopto to get this resolved as a matter of urgency.
If you want to see the PowerPoint slides, and are unable because your session suffers from this issue, click the Slides icon, located near the bottom right of the viewing window.
On the afternoon of September 27th, Panopto support made a site-wide settings change to prevent this issue. We’ve been monitoring recordings made since then, and haven’t seen any more that have broken screen captures. Unfortunately, the settings change only applies to new recordings.
