The Panopto tool in Blackboard is not loading in Internet Explorer 9
This is the page in your Blackboard courses labelled Aston Replay or Recorded Lectures, and it should contain a list of all the Replay recordings for the module.
You will need to use one of the other supported browsers for Blackboard (eg Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome).
If you’re a student wanting to view sessions, and don’t want to install another browser (or you’re unable to install one), you could bypass Blackboard and view them directly on Aston Replay which is unaffected by this problem.
