Don’t Provision a Blackboard course before you do a course copy

If you provision the folder for this year’s Blackboard course, then course copy content from the previous year’s course, Panopto will deprovision the folder then prevent you from reprovisioning it.

Make sure that you provision your course after course copying content from last year’s course.
