Neil CocklinOn Wednesday December 17th between the hours of 14:00 and 16:00 we will be performing scheduled maintenance of the Panopto/Aston Replay system. During this time there will be intermittent service disruption. It is anticipated that this work will not only solve the problems that users have been experiencing in recent times but also provide an improved service moving forwards.

any feedback about when I ll be able to publish the recordings?

Hi Nelly. It looks like you’ve made an offline recording – there’s nothing showing on the server from you for yesterday. Give replay@aston.ac.uk a shout, and we can help you upload them once the maintenance is finished.
Panopto have told us they need an extra hour to complete the work. We’ve not had any downtime yet, but some should be expected before 1700
