If you have the ability to make recordings on Panopto, eg you have provisioned a Blackboard course, you also have access to Personal Folders, aka My Folder.
Recordings made here aren’t visible to anyone. You can record here prior to moving sessions into a folder which is shared with students (eg one provisioned to a Blackboard course), or you can share sessions or subfolders via links and email.
