Known Issue: Provisioning a course may fail with an error
We’re getting reports that some instructors are unable to provision their courses. Get in touch with replay@aston.ac.uk if this is is happening in one or more of your courses. We are working with Panopto to get this fixed as soon as possible. See all known issues

Panopto Updated

Panopto Upgrade: Aston Replay at risk Tuesday 29th July
We’ll be upgrading Panopto, the software that powers Aston Replay, on Tuesday 29th July. As such it will be unavailable all morning, and at risk all day.
Replay may be slow or unavailable
There is currently a problem with Aston Replay, meaning it may be slow or unavailable at times. We’re working with Panopto on getting this fixed as soon as possible. If you find that links to sessions aren’t working in Blackboard, try viewing them on Aston Replay itself at replay.aston.ac.uk.
Panopto Android App
The Panopto app is available to download from Google Play. Follow our instructions to watch your sessions on your Android devices.
Not accepting uploads
Panopto stopped accepting uploads at approx 1600 yesterday. We’re working with their support team to get this fixed. Until it is back up and running, continue recording sessions as normal. Fix for Google Chrome issues
The new version of Google Chrome (33) contains a fix for the Silverlight issues. Chrome will automatically update over the next couple of days. If you want to update Chrome manually: Click the chrome menu on the toolbar Click About Google Chrome If Chrome needs updating, click Relaunch
